PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
- Smartphone running recent iOS or Android operating system.
- Wi-Fi access point.
- Compatible wireless utility meter.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- Read, keep, heed and follow all instructions.
- Warning: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this device to rain or moisture. Do not use this device near water or in wet locations, e.g., bathrooms or outdoors.
- Clean only with dry soft cloth. Household cleaners or solvents can damage the finish.
- Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other apparatuses that produce heat.
- Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the device has been damaged in any way, such as the plug is damaged or the device has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally or has been dropped.
- The plug should be readily available to disconnect the equipment.
- Do not expose the device to dripping or splashing, and do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the device.
- This device is not a toy for usage by children.
- This device is not for use in safety-critical applications (such as life support), where a failure of the product would reasonably be expected to cause severe personal injury or death.
- If the equipment is used in a manner not specified by Copper Labs, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired.
SETUP AND INSTALLATION GUIDE
- Plug the device into an indoor wall socket near your utility meter and Wi-Fi access point to achieve the best wireless coverage.
- Download the smartphone application from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon App Store, and follow on-screen instructions.
