About the 44th Peak Load Management Alliance (PLMA) Conference Twice a year, PLMA convenes a conference of ~250 load management practitioners, including representatives of private and publicly owned utilities, technology companies, energy and energy solution providers, equipment manufacturers, research and academic organizations, government, and regulatory staff.
